This chorizo, made with 100% beef, has an intense flavour but only half the calories of a traditional chorizo. Its lack of pork makes it ideal for our Muslim customers.
SUPERIOR QUALITY CORLA CHORIZO
Our traditional chorizo can be normal or spicy. This chorizo is made in the same way as the superior quality cular chorizo although the meat is minced a little more finely.
SUPERIOR QUALITY CULAR CHORIZO
The main ingredients of our chorizos are top quality meat and paprika de la Vera D.O. from Extremadura. Stuffed into natural gut, a slow drying period and a hint of smoke from oak wood give this product its characteristic colour, aroma and flavour.
SUPERIOR QUALITY TIED CHORIZO
Using natural dryers to extend the curing process of our superior quality chorizo, we obtain this chorizo with its characteristic string form.
SUPERIOR QUIALITY SEMI-CURED CHORIZO
A perfect chorizo for your barbecues, stews and casseroles. A short drying period and a hint of smoke gives this chorizo its special flavour. Two varieties, normal and spicy, are available.

BOTILLO DEL BIERZO

This is, without doubt, our most famous product from El Bierzo. It is made with marinated chopped pork, rib, tail and backbone stuffed into pig gut. After a short drying period it is smoked with oak wood to give it its characteristic strength and flavour.
Ham pieces are selected and salted for a specific time depending on their weight in order to obtain the correct degree of saltiness. Subsequently, they remain in our warehouses between 18-20 months whilst a slow drying process brings out their special flavour and aroma.
CURED HAM CENTER
A product obtained from pieces of boned, cured ham which are pressed and vacuum packed. This format is ideal for obtaining cubes and slices.
Each piece is selected, marinated in the traditional way and stuffed into natural gut. Its slow drying process results in the characteristic aroma and flavour of this product.
DRIED BEEF "CECINA DE LEON"
“Cecina de León” dried beef is a high quality product of great nutritional value. It is obtained from hindquarter cuts which, after having passed thorough quality control, are salted and cured for a minimum of seven months.
Selected pieces of bacon, pork ribs and pork jowl are marinated and cured in a traditional way.
COOKED CURED SHOULDER OF PORK
Our low salt cooked, cured shoulder of pork is made from pork forequarters which have undergone a careful cooking process. Packaged and stored at a low temperature, this ensures that the product remains in perfect condition, ready for its consumption at any time.
A cooked chorizo made from the best quality meat with additives to enhance its characteristic flavour. This product is ideal form barbecues.
Selected pieces (shoulder of pork, paletas, pork ribs, pork backbone, etc.) which are salted and cured.
